July Happenings

July 4 – Saturday Sew-In at Sawyer’s Sewing Centre! 12-4pm Bring whatever you like to work on. 10$ holds your space. Irons, mats and basic rulers are provided for you, just bring your machine and your project[s].


July 7 – QuiltCon 2016 Triangle Quilt Challenge SIGNUP. The big MQG will send the registration link to members via email on Tuesday, July 7 at 7 a.m. Pacific TIME. Demand will outstrip supply, so be ready! You should have already gotten a heads up email direct from the big MQG about this. Check your settings, your promotions folder, and your spam folder.


July 16 – Potluck Picnic and fun at the Beaver Lake Group Picnic area. 6pm start for this one.


July 31 – deadline to submit your Riley Blake Challenge project. Do this through the community page.


July 31 – sew-in at Cloth Castle is CANCELLED. It will be back next month on August 28th.


August 20-23 – PNW MQG meetup in Seattle.
