MONTHLY MEETINGS

Our monthly meeting is on the THIRD THURSDAY of each month from 7pm - 9pm.

We meet at the Cordova Bay 55+ Association located within Cordova Bay Elementary School at 5238 Cordova Bay Road, Victoria, BC.

Parking at the front of the school is accessed off Cordova Bay Road and at the side of the building via Sapphire Rd off Walema Ave.

Meetings usually follow the same format: 

• Welcome
• Guild Business and reports
• Announcements
• Upcoming events
• Any other business
• Show and Share - this is our most popular part of the evening
• Break time - socialize, eat snacks, signups for events
• Guest speaker if we have one or possible technique demo
• Block lotto demonstration
• Challenges
• Door Prizes, 50/50, and block lotto draw
• Good Night

We ask that you please bring:

• your modern show and share
• your block for the block lotto
• your name tag
• anything you'd like to donate as a door prize – must be appropriate for modern quilting!
• $7 drop-in fee if you are not a member
