Monthly Meeting – Spotlight on Slow Stitching with Special Guest Marla Varner

It’s time to spotlight slow stitching! Do you have some slow stitching to share? Bring in whatever you have for our July meeting…hand quilting, hand piecing, embroidery, sashiko, etc – we’re going to inspire each other to add our own unique touches to our work. Modern Slow Stitching…here we come!

But that’s not all! We are looking forward to having a special guest with us, Marla Varner, otherwise known on IG @pennylanequilts! She will be sharing some of her work and inspiring us with her tips and tricks for slow stitching. You really don’t want to miss meeting her!

We meet in person at the Trafalgar/Pro Patria Legion Branch 292, Entry/Parking Lot off 411 Gorge Rd E, Dunedin St, Victoria, BC.

Monthly meetings are free for MQG Victoria members. Guests are welcome with the cash purchase of a $7 guest pass at the door.
