Dawna and her daughter Sarah whipped up a number of quilts to raffle off for an Alzheimer’s fundraiser. |

Ursula needed a new octagonal table mat and created this one! |
And a runner to match! |
Natalie made this one block wonder with some colourful butterfly fabric. This is a great modern take on this pattern. Well done Natalie! |
Baby quilt from Susan T! |
Ruth’s mini – sorry Ruth, we missed the story behind it. Looks great though! |
Lois claims to not be a modern quilter to which we respond “piffle!”. So she brought in this lovely improv silk kimono she made. |
Inside, using an existing kimono for the pattern/lining. |
Great layout Janelle! |
Thea won the block lotto at the August meeting and made this fantastic quilt. |
Netta used her charms from the polka dot charm swap to whip this one up. |
Nicole (with help from her daughter) made this baby quilt using a thrifted vintage print. |
Margaret did this as a mystery quilt, using 2.5″ strips! |
Margaret made this baby quilt and fussy cut alphabet fabric for the dates/words. |
Margaret made this quilt using HER polka dot charms from last month’s swap. |

I was a visitor at the October meeting and was blown away with all the variety of projects. Very friendly and welcoming. Fabulous show and tell. It certainly inspired me to come home and get to work. Linda G
